I occasionally use Wine to run windows applications under Linux. It has certainly come a long way.

Here is a list of applications I've tried and whether they work or not.

The version I've used for these tests was v0.9.33-0ubuntu.

- audio stutters a bit
Jumpstart Phonics by Knowledge Adventure
- bundles IBM ViaVoice

Jumpstart 1st Grade Math by Knowledge Adventure
- Installs fine...wants 256 colors, but graphics not displaying correctly after intro
Winnie the Pooh Preschool by Disney Interactive
- Error dialog:
